While I have lived in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide since I was a teenager, I was born and bred in the country.  As they say you can take the girl out the country but you can’t take the country out the girl.  That is so me.  My happy place is in the middle of a paddock with beautiful big gums and a few horses – not forgetting the dog of course! I love all animals, but horses and dogs are my favourite.   

 I have worked as an Enrolled Nurse since 1988 but resigned from nursing in 2021 to pursue my interest in Complimentary Therapies.  My journey in this field started in 2004.  Having completed many various courses in this field I am now concentrating on Bowen Therapy and energy work.  I am particularly interested in emotional healing and am also pursuing this area of supporting people.

My goal as a holistic wellness therapist is to guide people to inner peace and emotional freedom. Healing for your mind body and soul.  Being friendly and respectful I treat clients as I like to be treated. 

Southern Bowen Therapy is a welcoming and relaxing space located in a lovely wellness centre in Morphett Vale. It’s an easy 30min drive south of Adelaide.
